Return and Refund Policy
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues with a product received and we will be happy to speak with you. If you are still wanting to return your unopened product, please see below what is considered an acceptable return and our Returns Process.

All orders will be process in a timely manner
You may return only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and in resellable condition within 14 calendar days of delivery with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
All product returns must be accompanied with a written statement detailing the reasons for the return and a copy of the appropriate invoice, or invoice phone number.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com with the reason(s) you are returning your UNOPENED and sealed SaintLeaf™ product within the 14-calendar day time limit to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA). The 14-day window starts on the date of delivery. Once a RPA has been issued you will be responsible for shipping the product to our facility. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. Return packaging must protect the product(s) from dropping, rough handling, and movement, to avoid physical harm and damage.
Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition we will then issue a refund for the unopened product. A 20% restocking fee per product will be applied. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post on your bank statement.
Please note refund shipping costs are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us with a full description of the damages to the product(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach pictures of damaged items.

Please note, we do not offer a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.
Expedited shipping orders are not deliverable to US PO Boxes.
Expedited shipping options are available at the expense of the customer.
The SaintLeaf™ uses USPS and UPS as national shipping companies. All products may or may not be available for shipping in your area. Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within seven(7) to ten(10) business days. Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Please contact us directly with any shipping questions.
Coupons, promotions, offers, and/or discounts may not be combined on any purchase or transaction on thesaintleaf.com website.

Customers can modify or cancel their subscription by accessing their account through thesaintleaf.com/account at anytime. Also, customers may email our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled shipment date. If such notification is not received within this time period, your method of payment will be charged with your product selection.
If there are no purchases within a period of 12 months, your Saint Rewards account will be closed and your points will be forfeited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions you conduct through theSaintLeaf.com:
a. ALL SAINTS REWARDS TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE A TRANSACTION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IT MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR REVERSED;

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW, CANCEL AND REVERSE ANY TRANSACTION IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD, A CHARGE-BACK OF ANY TRANSACTION FEE PAID BY CREDIT CARD, OR AN ERROR OR MISTAKE MADE BY US, INCLUDING ERRORS IN ANY LOYALTY POINT CONVERSION, REDEMPTION OR SWAP RATE. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REMOVAL OF REWARDS POINTS FROM YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM ACCOUNTS AS REQUIRED BY US TO REVERSE A CANCELLED TRANSACTION;
c. you agree to comply with the terms, conditions and rules of the Saints Rewards program involved in your transaction;
d. if your transaction requires a cash payment, we will collect certain credit card information from you,
i. by submitting the transaction, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the amount indicated;
ii. The Saint Leaf acknowledges its obligation to protect cardholder data it processes or accesses through theSaintLeaf.com and acknowledges it will maintain PCI DSS compliance with respect to such data.
MISPRINTS AND ERRORS
We endeavor to provide current and accurate information on theSaintLeaf.com regarding the offers and transactions available to you. Nevertheless, errors and misprints occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any transaction for which the price or offer details were incorrectly displayed or for which any other erroneous or inaccurate information was provided. We reserve the right to do this at any time during the transaction process, including after a transaction has been submitted and even if the transaction has been confirmed by us. Under no circumstances are we obligated to process or complete any transaction based on any error, misprint or otherwise.
We reserve the right, at any time, to: (1) change the terms and conditions of this agreement; (2) change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; and/or (3) change any fees or charges for use of the Site.
